Returns Policy

These are covered by the Consumers Guarantees Act or Fair Trading Act. Please be sure to check your order to confirm that the item(s) in your basket are what you require. Once you have submitted your order you are unable to change it.

Exchange Policy

Product descriptions are as detailed to the best of our ability through a online shopping website. We will provide guides where possible to assist you when making a clothing merchandise purchase. Please be sure to choose carefully as we are unable to exchange product once you've received your order, unless the exchange is covered by the Consumers Guarantees Act or Fair Trading Act, or where the product has been incorrectly supplied.

With an exchange request, first contact us prior to returning your order. This will help ensure your request isn’t inadvertently declined and/or returned. An exchange requires proof of purchase as part of the return, and it must be in a resalable ‘as new’ condition. Copyright issues limit the exchange on CD’s, DVD’s or digital downloads except where the product is deemed faulty.

Warranty Policy

Warranty claims for a defective or faulty products occurring as a result of the manufacturing process are good for 12 months from the purchase date. Damage or faults occurring as a result of misuse, accident, or normal wear and tear is not covered under this warranty policy.

Where seeking a warranty claim please contact us, include as much detail as possible and a photo where applicable to help us resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Restrictions and exceptions

As a result of copyright laws a refund or exchange is only available for CD, DVD & Digital downloads if the product is defective. NOTE: These products are still guaranteed under the Consumers Guarantees Act

Consumer Guarantees Act 1993

The Consumer Guarantee Act sets out minimum standards for goods sold from this online store. Where products sold are not of a good quality or where they are faulty, we have the right to repair, replace or a refund you for the product.

Fair Trading Act 1986

The Fair Trading Act is designed to protect the customer being misled, either intentionally or unintentionally. This applies to all aspects of the promotion and sale of goods and services including: pricing; where the product was made; where the product is from; the meeting of New Zealand safety standards; availability of products in store and the sales techniques used. The Commerce Commission enforces the Fair Trading Act

How to return a product:

Before sending your order back to us please contact us first as this will minimise unintended delays which could result in your claim being rejected. In all cases proof of purchase will be necessary to process your request.

Change to orders

Once an order has been submitted and payment has been accepted we can't easily make any changes to that order. When creating your order always take time to check that the products are what you are expecting and that your delivery information is correct.

Out of Stock, Pricing & Backorders

All attempts are made to ensure information on the website is accurate, however at times due to unforeseen circumstances we may be unable to fulfil an order. Should this situation occur we will contact you and offer either a store credit for the value of your purchase or a full refund. Please note that at this stage we are unable to offer backorders.
